Terms of use
Plain-language terms for using this site. Nothing here is for sale — it’s free content — so these are short.

What this is
shouldyou.co is a personal project by Łukasz Sielski — short videos from @adaptivemindset, written up as articles, grouped into series, with the occasional free workbook and a newsletter. Everything on it is free. By using the site you agree to these terms.
This isn’t professional advice
This is one neurodivergent person sharing what’s worked for him, plus general information about work, careers and neurodivergence. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional careers advice, and it’s no substitute for a qualified professional who knows your situation. What worked for me might not work for you — use your own judgement, and get proper advice for decisions that matter.
Using the content
The writing, videos and workbooks are mine (© Łukasz Sielski) unless stated otherwise. You’re very welcome to read them, use the ideas in your own life and work, and share links. Please don’t republish, resell or pass off the articles or workbooks as your own without asking first — just email hello@shouldyou.co. The videos also sit on TikTok and are subject to TikTok’s own terms.
Links & embeds
The site links out to other places (TikTok, external resources) and embeds TikTok videos. I don’t control those services and I’m not responsible for their content or their handling of your data — see the privacy notice for what happens when you play a video.
Newsletter & workbooks
Subscribing is free and you can leave any time via the unsubscribe link. Please sign up with your own email address and don’t abuse the forms. Free workbooks are for your own personal use.
No guarantees
The site and everything on it is provided “as is”. I try to keep it accurate and available, but I can’t promise it’s error-free or never down. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss arising from relying on the content or from using — or not being able to use — the site.
Changes & contact
I may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. They’re governed by the law of England & Wales. Questions? Email hello@shouldyou.co.
